1. Who we are

Veliane.org is a matchmaking service that helps adults meet a long-term life partner. The service is operated by Sang DAGRANG, a sole trader (entrepreneur individuel) registered in France under SIRET 92792462100018, based in Asnières-sur-Seine 92600, France (“the operator”, “we”, “us”).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile or use Veliane.org. By using the service you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the information you give about yourself is true and your own.

3. Your account

You create one profile for yourself. Your name and your city are set when you join and are permanent — they cannot be changed later — so please enter them carefully. Keep your password confidential; you are responsible for activity that happens under your account. Tell us if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

4. Acceptable use

Veliane.org is for real people looking for a genuine relationship. You agree not to: create fake profiles or impersonate anyone; harass, threaten, abuse or deceive other members; post hateful, violent or sexual content, or any content involving minors; use the service for advertising, selling, recruiting or spam; do anything illegal; collect or scrape other members’ data or use bots; or share another person’s private information. We may remove content or suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you add. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content as needed to operate the service. You confirm you have the right to post what you upload, and you agree not to post images of other people without their permission.

6. Contact details

Adding a phone number or WhatsApp is optional. Any contact details you add are kept private and are never displayed to other members. You decide if and when to share them with someone yourself.

7. Fees

Membership is optional and paid: Basic €0.99, Pro €4.99 and Ultra €9.99 per month, and Profile Promotion €9.99 per month. The price you see is the price you pay - tax is included and nothing is added at checkout. One new contact a month stays free, and replying is always free.

On the website the payment is taken by PayPal, or by bank transfer for a 1-year or 2-year prepayment at 20% off the monthly price. In the Google Play app every purchase, renewal and cancellation is handled by Google Play. A subscription renews monthly until you cancel it, and you cancel it in the same place where you started it.

8. Suspension and deletion

We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these Terms or harms other members. You can delete your account and all of your data at any time from Edit profile → “Delete my profile”. Deletion is permanent and immediate, and cannot be undone.

9. Availability of the service

We work to keep Veliane.org available and useful, but the service is provided “as is”. We may add, change, suspend or withdraw features, and we do not guarantee that you will meet anyone.

10. Limitation of liability

We are not responsible for the conduct of members, online or offline, or for content that members post. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with the service is limited. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, and your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of France. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence continue to apply. Disputes may be brought before the competent French courts.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date and, for significant changes, take reasonable steps to let you know. If you continue to use Veliane.org after a change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
